Iris Knobloch (born February 13, 1963 inMunich) is the president of theCannes Film Festival, the first woman to hold the position.[1] The former head of WarnerMedia France and Germany, Knobloch took over the position in July 2022, succeedingPierre Lescure, who had been in the position since 2014.[1][2] She is the daughter ofCharlotte Knobloch and granddaughter ofFritz Neuland.
