TheInsula Lake State Forest is astate forest located inLake County,Minnesota. The forest is entirely within the limits of theBoundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness of theSuperior National Forest, and as such falls under the jurisdiction andmanagement of theUnited States Forest Service.
In addition tocanoeing, popularoutdoor recreational activities includehunting andfishing.[2]
