TheInkisi River (Swahili:Mto Inkisi,French:Rivière Inkisi) is the last (closest to the rivermouth) of the largertributaries of the greatCongo River, being the first south bank (left side) tributary, located in Western Central Africa.[1]
The township of Zongo is situated close to theconfluence with theCongo River, where there is ahydro power plant and a bridge.[2]
