TheIndian men’s national under-19 cricket team representsIndia in cricket at Under-19 level. The team has won fiveUnder-19 World Cups and has the best win percentage in ODIs among all Under-19 national teams.[1]

The team has won the Under-19 World Cup five times and finished runners-up four times. In2000, they won it under the captaincy ofMohammad Kaif, in2008, they won it underVirat Kohli's leadership, in2012 underUnmukt Chand, in2018 underPrithvi Shaw, and in2022 underYash Dhull.[2][3][4]

The team is currently captained byUday Saharan and coached by former India cricketerHrishikesh Kanitkar.[5]
