Ibuprofen/paracetamol, sold under the brand nameCombogesic among others, is afixed-dose combination of twomedications,ibuprofen, anon-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID); andparacetamol (acetaminophen), an analgesic and antipyretic.[6] It is available as ageneric medication.[9][10][11]

Medical uses

Ibuprofen/paracetamol isindicated for the short term management of mild to moderate acute pain.[7]

There is evidence that paracetamol combined with ibuprofen provides pain relief better than either medication used alone.[12][13]
