Palatinate-Neumarkt (German:Pfalz-Neumarkt) was a subdivision of theWittelsbach dynasty of the GermanElectoral Palatinate. Its capital wasNeumarkt in der Oberpfalz.

Palatinate-Neumarkt was first formed from the lineage ofRupert of Germany following his death in1410.[1] The title was first granted toJohn, Count Palatine of Neumarkt in 1410. His son,Christopher of Bavaria, who would later become the monarch of theKalmar Union, inherited the title in 1443.[2] Palatinate-Neumarkt ceased to exist after the death of Christopher. the properties of the house were inherited byPalatinate-Mosbach, later becomingPalatinate-Mosbach-Neumarkt.[3]

In 1524, a newapanage named Palatinate-Neumarkt was created forWolfgang of the Palatinate. When he died in 1558, it fell back to theElectoral Palatinate.
