Hotel Paris is a historic residential building on theUpper West Side ofManhattan inNew York City.
The building was completed in 1931.[1] It was designed in theArt Deco architectural style.[2]
The building was acquired byWestbrook Partners for US$85.8 million in 2007.[2] Three years later, in 2010, it was acquired by investorDavid Bistricer and the Rieder family for US$72.36 million.[2] They sold it toCrescent Heights for $123 million in 2013.[2] The company refurbished the apartments.[2] In 2015,Bruce Menin of Crescent Heights sold it toLaurence Gluck of Stellar Management for US$150 million.[2]
There are 175 apartments, a gym and a swimming-pool.[2]
