Horn
U+031B ◌̛COMBINING HORN

Thehorn (Vietnamese:dấu móc ordấu râu) is adiacritic mark attached to the top right corner of the letterso andu in theVietnamese alphabet to giveơ andư,unrounded variants of thevowel represented by the basic letter. In Vietnamese, they are rarely considered as diacritics; but rather, the charactersơ andư are considered as different letters fromo andu.
