Horizon Monaco was the ruling coalition ofMonaco after the2013 Monegasque general election,[6] winning 20 of the 24 available seats in theNational Council.[7] The coalition, led byLaurent Nouvion, was composed mostly of the conservativeRally & Issues political party along withSynergie Monegasque andUnion for the Principality.[8] However, in 2016, many members defected to a new coalition, "New Majority", which became the new ruling coalition. In the2018 election, it was transformed into an electoral list, which won two seats.[9] Before2023, it was represented in the National Council byBéatrice Fresko-Rolfo andJacques Rit.[10]
