Hermel (Arabic:حرمل; also spelledHarmil) is aSyrian village located in theAyn Halaqim Subdistrict of theMasyaf District inHama Governorate. According to theSyria Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Hermel had a population of 871 in the 2004 census.[1] Its inhabitants are predominantlyTurkmens.[2]
