Herald Investment Trust plc is a largeUnited Kingdom-basedinvestment trust focused predominantly on holdings of quotedsmall- and mid-captechnology,communications andmedia companies.[1] The company is listed on theLondon Stock Exchange and is a constituent of theFTSE 250 Index.[2]

History

The company was launched in February 1994.[1] In January 2026, the company, which is 30% owned bySaba Capital Management, launched a tender offer to allow shareholders to exit at close to net asset value before any change of control.[3][4] The fund is managed under the auspices of Herald Investment Management and itschairman is Andrew Joy.[5]
