Hefeng County (simplified Chinese:鹤峰县;traditional Chinese:鶴峰縣;pinyin:Hèfēng Xiàn) is a county on the upper reaches of theLoushui River in the southwestern part ofHubei province, People's Republic of China, borderingHunan province to the south. It is under the administration of theEnshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture.

鹤峰县位于恩施州东南部，国土面积2868平方公里，辖5镇4乡1个经济开发区，205个行政村12个社区共22.4万人，
2004年末，鹤峰县面积2926.3平方千米，{...}2010年第六次人口普查，鹤峰县常住总人口199892人，其中：走马镇44422人，容美镇49631人，铁炉乡11659人，五里乡17318人，燕子乡17796人，下坪乡11939人，邬阳乡12823人，中营乡19754人，太平乡13537人，鹤峰经济开发区1013人。 2013年，撤销太平乡，设立太平镇（鄂民政发[2013]7号）；撤销燕子乡，设立燕子镇（鄂民政发[2013]52号）；撤销中营乡，设立中营镇（鄂民政发[2013]72号）。调整后，全县辖5个镇、4个乡（其中1个民族乡）：容美镇、走马镇、太平镇、燕子镇、中营镇、铁炉白族乡、五里乡、下坪乡、邬阳乡。
