He Cheng (Chinese:贺诚) (November 1901 – November 8, 1992) Birth name He Zonglin (Chinese:贺宗霖), was aPeople's Liberation Armylieutenant general. He was born in Santai,Sichuan Province. He joined theChinese Communist Party in 1925. He participated in theNorthern Expedition and theGuangzhou Uprising.
