Hat Chao Mai National Park is aprotected area located in theSikao andKantang Districts ofTrang Province,Thailand.[3] It is a marine national park.[4] Established in 1981, it is an IUCN Category II protected area withcoral reefs, and an area measuring 144,292 rai ~ 231 square kilometres (89 sq mi).[5][6] The park has been designated as aRamsar site since 2002.[2] It has also been designated anImportant Bird Area (IBA) byBirdLife International because it supports a significant population oflarge green-pigeons.[7]
