In November 2022, Harsha finished as runner-up in the Asian Continental Championship, losing toR Praggnanandhaa as a result of drawing againstShamsiddin Vokhidov.[2][3]

In March 2023, Harsha finished as runner-up in theCappelle-la-Grande Open.[4] He then won the Chessemy Blitz Open by defeatingDiptayan Ghosh in the Armageddon round.[5]

Harsha competed in theChess World Cup 2023, where he was defeated byLevan Pantsulaia in the first round.[6]
