Harqin Banner (Mongolian:ᠬᠠᠷᠠᠴᠢᠨ ᠬᠣᠰᠢᠭᠤ;Chinese:喀喇沁旗) is abanner of southeasternInner Mongolia, China. It is under the administration ofChifeng City, the downtown of which is 40 kilometres (25 mi) to the north-northeast.
