Harlan Fengler (March 1, 1903 – March 26, 1981) was an Americanracing driver and official. He was a successfulboard track racer during the 1920s, and later acted as Chief Steward of theIndianapolis Motor Speedway.

During his career, he was considered a "boy wonder,"[1] and among others, drove for entertainer and entrepreneurGeorge L. Wade.[2][3] He later lived inNew Lebanon, Ohio, and acted as Chief Steward of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway from 1958 until 1974.[4]
