Hardinera (Philippine Spanish:jardinera), also known as theQuezon meatloaf or theLucban meatloaf, is aFilipinomeatloaf made with diced orground pork topped with sliced hard-boiled eggs, pineapples, carrots, bell peppers, peas, tomatoes, and raisins, among others. The ingredients used are identical to the ones used in Filipinomenudo; while the cooking process is similar to the Filipinoembutido. It is traditionallysteamed in an oval-shaped tin mold known as allanera (orlyanera), which is also used to makeleche flan. It originates from the province ofQuezon inLuzon Island.[1][2][3][4]
