Harbanoush (Arabic:حربنوش) is a village in northernSyria, administratively part ofIdlib Governorate, located northwest ofIdlib. It is situated off the eastern slopes ofA'la Mountain. Nearby localities includeMaarrat Misrin to the southeast,Maarrat al-Ikhwan to the east,Kaftin andHizano to the northeast,Qurqania to the north andKafr Takharim andArmanaz to the west. According to theSyria Central Bureau of Statistics, Harbanoush had a population of 3,785 in the 2004 census.[1]
