Hammersmith and Chiswick is aconstituency[a] of theHouse of Commons in theUK Parliament.[2] It was established by the2023 periodic review of Westminster constituencies and was first contested at the2024 general election.[3] It is represented byAndy Slaughter of theLabour Party, who previously held the abolished seat ofHammersmith from 2010.

Electoral Calculus characterises the seat as "Progressive", with soft left or liberal views and high levels of university education.[6] Incomes and house prices are high for London and very high for the UK.
