Hamish Brayshaw (9 February 1998) is anAustralian rules footballer and multiple Guinness World Record holder, who played for theWest Coast Eagles in theAustralian Football League (AFL) and currently plays forEast Perth in theWest Australian Football League (WAFL).

The son of formerNorth Melbourne playerMark Brayshaw and brother ofAndrew andAngus,[1] Brayshaw played junior football withHampton Rovers and for his schoolHaileybury College.

Selected by West Coast with the 68th pick in the2017 AFL draft, Brayshaw was delisted at the conclusion of the2019 AFL season and redrafted with pick 39 in the2020 rookie draft.

Brayshaw was again delisted by the Eagles at the conclusion of the2020 AFL season.[2] Afterwards he was signed as aWAFL-listed player at the West Coast Eagles and made captain of the club's WAFL team for the2021 season.[3]In early 2024 Hamish, with the assistance of former West Coast teammateWill Schofield and Dan Const from theBackChat podcast, set about breaking obscure Guinness World Records.
