Hamdi Dhouibi (born 24 January 1982 inKairouan) is aTunisiandecathlete.

He held theAfrican record with 8023 points, achieved at the2005 World Championships inHelsinki.^[1] The record was broken byLarbi Bouraada ofAlgeria at the2009 World Championships. Dhouibi also holds the African record inheptathlon (indoor) with 5733 points, achieved in March 2003 inAubière.^[2]
