Ham and egg bun is a type ofHong Kong pastry.^[1] It is abun orbread that contains a sheet of cookedegg and a slice ofham.^[2] It is commonly found in Hong Kong as well as someChinatown bakery shops overseas. It is also a common meal in Brazil, simply called a sandwich.^[3]^[4]
