TheHajar Khatoon Mosque (Sorani Kurdish:مزگەوتی ھاجەرخاتوون,Persian:مسجد هاجرخاتون) is aSunnimosque andshrine, located in the city ofSanandaj, in the province ofKurdistan, in westernIran.
The shrine contains the tomb of Hajar Khatoon, who was the sibling ofAli al-Rida.[1]
The mosque was added to theIran National Heritage List, administered by theCultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization of Iran.
