Hajar Abyad (Arabic:حجر الابيض; also spelledHajar al-Abyad) is a village in northernSyria located west ofHoms in theHoms Governorate. According to theSyria Central Bureau of Statistics, Hajar Abyad had a population of 351 in the 2004 census.[1] Its inhabitants are predominantlyAlawites.[2]
