HD 182475 is aDelta Scuti variable[5] star in the equatorialconstellation ofAquila. Itsapparent magnitude is 6.5, making it barely visible to thenaked eye under ideal observing conditions.[3]

Gerald Hildebrandt discovered the star is avariable star in 1991, and reported the discovery in 1992.[7] It was given itsvariable star designation, V1691 Aquarii, in 2006.[8]
