Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited (HAECO) is anaircraft engineering and maintenance firm with its head office located atHong Kong International Airport.[1] It is a member of theSwire Group.
On November 3, 2025, HAECO Americas, with 1600 employees inGreensboro, North Carolina andLake City, Florida, andAAR Corp. announced that AAR had purchased the HAECO subsidiary for $78 million. At the time, HAECO Americas was the second-largest heavy aircraft maintenance company in North America. HAECO Americas purchased Timco Aviation Services, a Greensboro company since 1990, for $388.8 million in 2014.[2]
