Guo Chuwang

In thisChinese name, thefamily name isGuo.

Guo Chuwang (Chinese:郭楚望, 1190–1260) was a patriot at the end of theSong dynasty and amusician of theguqin who composed the pieceXiaoxiang Shuiyun (瀟湘水雲).[1] Guo was considered the most outstanding representative of the Zhejiang genre.[2] He was the teacher ofLiu Zhifang.[3]
