Donald George MacGregor Findlay (August 24, 1942 – May 11, 2021) was a professionalCanadian footballlinebacker who played 12 years in theCanadian Football League (CFL) for theBC Lions from 1962 to 1973.
In 1971, while still an active player, Findlay became the third president of theCanadian Football League Players' Association.
Findlay's father Stephen Findlay played for theHamilton Tigers in the23rd Grey Cup.[1] His sonAnthony Findlay played for theSaskatchewan Roughriders in 1994.[1] His grandsonJackson Findlay plays in the CFL. His nephewBrooks Findlay also played in the CFL.[1]
Greg died on May 11, 2021, inLangley,British Columbia.[2]
