Notable buildings includeWorld Square, theLionel Bowen Building of theFamily Court of Australia, the Sydney Masonic Centre and the Sydney Police Centre.

At the corner of Goulburn andElizabeth Streets is the onlycar park operated bySydney City Council within the CBD.^[1] It was the firstair rights car park in Australia, opening in 1963 over six tracks of theCity Circle line.^[2]^[3]^[4]
