Golden Spike (Czech:Zlatá tretra) is an annualathletics event at theMěstský Stadion inOstrava-Vítkovice,Czech Republic as part of theIAAF World Challenge Meetings. It is a Gold-level meeting on theWorld Athletics Continental Tour — one of the top tiers just below theDiamond League. It was first organized in 1961.

The history of the meeting was interrupted in 1999, when the meeting was not held due to the apparent lack of interest of sponsors. From 2003 to 2009 theIAAF classified theZlatá tretra meeting amongIAAF Grand Prix meetings.
