TheGolden Gate Open was a professional tennis tournament. The event, played on outdoorhardcourts, held its inaugural edition in August 2023 at theTaube Tennis Center on the campus ofStanford University in California. The tournament was on both theATP and on theWTA Challenger Tour calendars.[1][2]
The 2024 event was cancelled because of Stanford's plan to rebuild the tennis center.[3]
