Gmina Szlichtyngowa is an urban-ruralgmina (administrative district) inWschowa County,Lubusz Voivodeship, in westernPoland. Its seat is the town ofSzlichtyngowa, which lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south ofWschowa and 57 km (35 mi) south-east ofZielona Góra.
The gmina covers an area of 99.74 square kilometres (38.5 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 5,053.
