Glenmarie LRT station (also known asCGC-Glenmarie for sponsorship reasons) is alight rapid transit station in Glenmarie nearKelana Jaya,Subang, Selangor, Malaysia. It is currently operated under theLRT Kelana Jaya Line. The station will soon serve as an interchange station with theLRT Shah Alam Line, which is currently under construction and will be targeted to open in 2025.
Despite sharing the same name, the LRT station will not be an interchange with the proposedGlenmarie Komuter station on the Subang Skypark extension of theKL Sentral-Terminal Skypark Line, which is located approximately 2.6km away near the Glenmarie Industrial Park. The LRT station is instead located on theSultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport Highway adjacent to the neighbourhood of SS7, Kelana Jaya. There is a Park-and-Ride facility provided as well.
This station also is near thePetaling Jaya Stadium, the former home venue of thePetaling Jaya Rangers that competed in theMalaysia third tier football league. There is also a sheltered walkway to the Lincoln University College.
On 30 August 2017, Credit Guarantee Corporation (CGC) Malaysia Berhad acquired the naming rights of the station, which is located about 100 metres from CGC's headquarters in Kelana Jaya.[1][2]
