Georgios Koltsidas (Greek:Γεώργιος Κολτσίδας; born 23 September 1970) is a retiredfootball player, who played as adefender and was known for his strongtackles.[1] He is currently the general director ofAris.[2]
He started his career withTrikala and joined Aris in July 1992,[3] where he spent the majority of his career – except for a brief one-year spell atAEL. He retired at the end of the2007–08 season.[4]
He was a member of theGreece national under-21 football team which won the gold medal at the1991 Mediterranean Games.[5][6]
