Gianpiero Moretti (20 March 1940 – 14 January 2012) was an Italianracing driver and the founder of theMOMO company in the 1960s.[1] He was born inMilan.

Moretti won the24 Hours of Daytona, in 1998, driving aFerrari 333SP with co-driversMauro Baldi,Arie Luyendyk andDidier Theys. Moretti died on 14 January 2012 in Milan ofcancer.[2] He was 71.
