District 2 of theGeorgia Senate is a senatorial district in Southeast Georgia encompassing most of the city ofSavannah and northwesternChatham County. In addition to Savannah, the district includesGarden City,Port Wentworth,Thunderbolt, and part ofGeorgetown.
The current senator isDerek Mallow, aDemocrat fromSavannah first elected in 2022.[2]
