George Clarke Jenkins (November 19, 1908 – April 6, 2007) was an Americanproduction designer.

Born inBaltimore, Maryland, he studiedarchitecture at theUniversity of Pennsylvania before leaving to build sets.[citation needed] He did the set design forEarly to Bed,[1] and settings and lighting forRumple in 1957. One Tony nomination was for his set for the 1959Broadway dramaThe Miracle Worker. He also designed the sets for the 1968 playThe Only Game in Town.

He shared hisAcademy Award withGeorge Gaines for the1976 filmAll the President's Men. He later taught atUniversity of California, Los Angeles.[2] Jenkins died at his home inSanta Monica, California.[3]
