Genki Sushi is a chain ofconveyor belt sushi restaurants established in 1990 inJapan. The chain expanded to include locations inJapan,Hong Kong,Indonesia,Malaysia,Singapore,[1]Kuwait, thePhilippines,China,Australia,Cambodia,Myanmar and theAmerican states ofCalifornia,Hawaii[2] andWashington.

Genki Sushi restaurants in Hong Kong are operated byMaxim's Caterers.[3]
