Geldeston Meadows is a 14-hectare (35-acre) biologicalSite of Special Scientific Interest nearGeldeston inNorfolk, England.[1][2] It is part of the BroadlandRamsar site[3] andSpecial Protection Area,[4] andThe BroadsSpecial Area of Conservation.[5]
These traditionally managed meadows in the flood plain of theRiver Waveney have a very diverse flora. Most of the site is wet grassland which is dominated bysweet vernal grass,common quaking grass andcrested dog's-tail.[6]
The site is private land with no public access.
