Garret Wallow (born January 25, 1999) is an American professionalfootballlinebacker for theSan Francisco 49ers of theNational Football League (NFL). He playedcollege football for theTCU Horned Frogs and was selected by theHouston Texans in the fifth round of the2021 NFL draft.[1] Wallow has also played for theTennessee Titans andDenver Broncos.

Wallow was selected by theHouston Texans in the fifth round (170th overall) of the2021 NFL draft.[5] On May 15, 2021, Wallow signed his four-year rookie contract.[6]
On August 29, 2023, Wallow was waived by the Texans and re-signed to thepractice squad.[7][8] He was signed to the active roster on November 18.[9] He was waived on November 25 and re-signed to the practice squad four days later.[10][11]
During his tenure with the Texans, Wallow appeared in 32 games (five starts), recording 36 tackles and asack.[12]
On December 20, 2023, theTennessee Titans signed Wallow to their active roster off of Houston's practice squad.[13] He played three games for the Titans during the2023 season.[14]
During the 2024 preseason, Wallow sustained apectoral injury. He was placed oninjured reserve on August 20, 2024, prematurely ending his season.[15][16]
On August 1, 2025, Wallow was signed by theDenver Broncos following several injuries to players during training camp.[17] On August 26, Wallow was released by the Broncos.[18] He was re-signed to the practice squad the next day.[19] On October 4, Wallow was promoted to the active roster.[20] Ten days later, Wallow was placed on injured reserve with a hamstring injury.[21] He was activated on November 15.[22] On December 6, Wallow was waived by the Broncos.[23]
On December 8, 2025, Wallow was claimed off waivers by theSan Francisco 49ers.[24]
