Galechirus is an extinct genus ofanomodonttherapsids. It was about 30 cm (1 ft) long.
Galechirus waslizard-like in appearance. It is considered to be adicynodont by somepaleontologists; others thinkGalechirus is a younger form of a larger therapsid. Judging from itsteeth, it was aninsectivore.[2]
