Gaillard (French pronunciation:[ɡajaʁ]ⓘ) is acommune in theHaute-Savoiedepartment in theAuvergne-Rhône-Alpesregion in south-easternFrance.
Gaillard lies on the border withSwitzerland, 5 km east of the city centre ofGeneva. The biggest border crossing is called Moillesulaz and the second one is Fossard.
