Gabriele Cattani is an Italianastronomer. Between 1994 and 1997, he has co-discovered 18 numberedasteroids together with astronomerLuciano Tesi at thePistoia Mountains Astronomical Observatory including themain-belt asteroid8051 Pistoria.[2]
