TheFrutz is a river ofVorarlberg,Austria, a tributary of theRhine.
The Frutz is 19 km (12 mi) long. Its source is in the Frutz Alpine shieling. It flows in western direction through the valleyLaternsertal [ceb;de;sv] in the area ofFeldkirch to the Rhine. AtRankweil, the river divides into a side and main arm.[1] The smaller one has an own name calledEhbach. Both arms discharge separately atKoblach into the Rhine.
