American Superintendent of New York State Public Works
Frederick Stuart Greene (1870 – March 26, 1939), was Superintendent ofPublic Works of New York State.[1]
Greene was an outspoken opponent to the scope of theUnited States Numbered Highways system during its planning.[2][3]
