Fred Berger (born May 10, 1981) is an Americanfilm producer. For producing the musicalLa La Land (2016),[1] Berger was nominated for theAcademy Award for Best Picture, and won theGolden Globe Award for Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy[2] andProducers Guild of America Award forBest Theatrical Motion Picture.[3]

In addition toLa La Land, Berger served as a producer on the filmsThe Autopsy of Jane Doe andTaking Chance, and earned his second Oscar nomination for producingA Complete Unknown (2024). As of 2016[update], he is a partner at Automatik Entertainment[4] alongside Brian Kavanaugh-Jones.
