Frans van Balkom (23 October 1939 – 2 September 2015) was a Dutchfootball player and manager.
As a player, van Balkom signed for Australian sideRingwood City.[1]
In 1973, he was appointed manager of Japanese sideTokyo Verdy.[2] In 1976, van Balkom was appointed manager ofHong Kong.[2] In 1980, he was appointed manager ofHong Kong.[3] After that, he was appointed director ofSt. Louis Scott Gallagher in the United States.[4] In 1995, van Balkom was appointed manager of Japanese clubAlbirex Niigata.[5]
