Franco Rafael Muller (born 19 November 1979) is a Brazilianfootballcoach.
Born inCarazinho,Rio Grande do Sul, Muller moved toCuiabá at early age, and began his career as an assistant fitness coach forCuiabá EC's youth setup.[1] In 2007 he joinedGrêmio's youth categories, staying at the club for three years before working atJuventude,Caxias andVasco da Gama as a video analyst.[2]
After knowingPaulo César Gusmão at Vasco, Muller became his assistant atCeará,[3]Atlético Goianiense,Bragantino andJoinville. In February 2016, he was appointed manager of newly-formed sideFlores da Cunha,[4] but resigned in April.[5] Late in the year, he was in charge of the under-17 side ofPasso Fundo.
In 2017, Muller worked as an assistant atLuverdense before moving abroad, being in charge of Paraguayan side3 de Febrero's under-17 squad.[6] For the 2020 season, he returned to Cuiabá asMarcelo Chamusca's assistant.[7]
On 11 November 2020, Muller was named interim manager after Chamusca was appointed atFortaleza.[8] After two matches (one inCopa do Brasil and one inSérie B), he returned to his previous role after the appointment ofAllan Aal.[9]
In February 2021, after Aal left, Muller was again named interim manager.[10]
