During McDonald's playing career, he played for Saint Lucian clubsNorthern United All Stars and NYAH.[1][2]
In 2018, McDonald managed former club Northern United All Stars.[3] In October 2018, McDonald was appointed manager ofSaint Lucia,[4] before being replaced byJamaal Shabazz on 5 May 2019.[5]
